General

- We usually ship within the next business day after receiving the payment! In very exceptional cases please don`t be angry with us if it takes longer. If you didn`t receive your order after 14 days please get in touch immediately! Send a voucher for payment (if you chose bank transfer) to assure fastest conditioning!

- Normally we have all articles not marked as "currently sold out" in stock and deliverable. If somehow this is not the case we`ll get in touch with you! To avoid this it is always a good idea to name some replacement items in the "add comment" section during checkout.

- We have no minimal order value.

- Please make sure that somebody is at home when your order arrives (e.g. tell your neighbor or roommate to receive it or let sent it to your work place). If we have to ship a returned parcel again we also have to ask for postage another time!
